Dream Weaver School of Real Estate is a locally owned and operated school. We are located in Rowan county and are here to service Rowan, Cabarrus, Iredell and surrounding counties in their continuing education needs. Currently we are the only school located in Rowan county. We felt there was a need to provide local and affordable continuing education to our Realtors. This is an important step in defining our market as having a pool of Realtors who are not only professionals but are current on market conditions. To help you to do this we are pleased to provide you with the opportunity to take your update courses and your electives with us. We are also aware of the economic factors impacting our brokers at this time. And therefore have priced our classes to give you the same levels of education offered by any of our competitiors at a cost effective price. Additionally we teach locally to keep our Realtors from spending time and money to just reach their class locations.
We are also affiliated with Rowan Cabarrus Community College and through their continuing education department are pleased to offer you the NC Real Estate Post Licensing and Pre-Licensing Classes. Our instructors are highly qualified individuals who are also working agents, so they are aware of the issues facing Realtors today. We don't just teach from books we teach from experience.
We can help you fulfill your mandatory annual eight hours of instruction both as Brokers and Brokers-In-Charge as required by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission. We also offer elective courses that are timely and useful in this changing marketplace. We will be building our classes and will be including on-line electives in the coming year as well. So check back soon for an exciting array of on-line classes for those of you who prefer this type of study.
